Board members, managing directors, sporting directors and other executives in professional football are exposed to a very particular set of influences. Contract duration, base salary, incentives, bonuses, the terms of any release from duties, or what happens when offers come in from other clubs: I address every conceivable scenario and, wherever possible, structure your contracts so that you remain financially secure under contract throughout your career, while at the same time retaining the legal flexibility to respond to new opportunities and situations.
Even if I do not accompany you throughout your entire career as an executive, I am pleased to take care of your urgent legal matters. Questions concerning an impending or actual release from duties or termination, opportunities to move to another club while under contract, the conclusion and appropriate terms of termination agreements, or the transition from an employee position to an executive role as a board member or managing director: these are typical matters that I regularly deal with on behalf of executives in my capacity as a lawyer.
